It has been made at that area since years, having their source at farmers who transmit generation after generation, the traditional elaboration technique of that milky product. One of the most important products we find at this
region is honey. The characteristics of climate, vegetation and
ground give rise to several kinds of honey with excellent qualities
and tastes, being the most common ones honey of heather and other
bushes, eucalyptus honey and “milfrores” honey.
